A child must be five years old by November 1st to enter Kindergarten. Only upon special consideration will a child whose fifth birthday falls between September and November 1st be enrolled.  Similar requirements are set for the Pre Kindergarten 4 year old program. The child must demonstrate age appropriate behavior and readiness prior to enrollment. A letter of recommendation or report card from the last school attended is required in placement from K-8th. The school admits students of any race, color, or national/ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students. The school does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, or ethnic origin in the administration of educational policies, admissions policies, financial aid programs and athletic and other school programs.

Parents of children entering grade one and above for the first time are asked to have released to Christ Community Lutheran School the child's previous school records prior to the child's enrollment if possible. A Records Release Forms may be obtained from the school office. Final acceptance will be subject to the receipt and approval of all school records. Admission may be denied to children with histories of misbehavior or special needs.  The right is retained by Christ Community Lutheran School to deny a child enrollment when his/her needs might be better met by support staff in another environment.

Tuition Payment Policy

Annual Payments - It is encouraged that tuition be paid in full at the start of the school year. Those that opt to pay tuition in full will receive a complimentary logo shirt for each child enrolled. An annual payment can be made by check and delivered to the school office before July 15th. A late fee of $10.00 will be accrued for each day late.

Semester Payments – Semester payments can be made by check and delivered to the school office before July 15th and December 15th. A late fee of $10.00 will be accrued for each day late.

Monthly Payments - Monthly tuition payments are to be paid using electronic funds transfer (EFT). Enrollment in the program is part of the entire enrollment program for the school. Electronic funds transfer is convenient, reliable and safe - safer than writing a check, since it can’t be lost or stolen. There is no cost to you or Christ Community to participate in the program. Once you’re enrolled, tuition payments will be automatically deducted on the 15th of each month from the bank account that you designate. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the withdrawal will be made the next business day.

Fees for extras and specials (field trips etc.) are paid by students as scheduled.

In the event of a student’s withdrawal from Christ Community Lutheran School, the tuition shall be paid up to the end of the year. Exceptions are referred to the Board of Directors.

Tuition assistance is available to qualified families. Interested families should contact the Christ Community Lutheran School office for more details.  Assistance scholarships are awarded in June for the following school year.
